What to Expect:

We begin our journey at Terreiro da Sé, a key landmark in Porto’s foundation, where we’ll visit the impressive Porto Cathedral, including a glimpse inside. From the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, you’ll take in breathtaking panoramic views of Porto and its neighboring city, Gaia — connected not only by this bridge but by five others — with the famed Port Wine cellars lining the riverbanks.

At São Bento Station, you’ll see more than just trains connecting the Douro and Minho regions. Here, you’ll discover the beauty and historical significance of the station’s famous blue and white tiles, which narrate key moments in Porto’s history.

As we stroll along the grand Avenida dos Aliados, home to the City Hall, you’ll hear how this boulevard was once the bustling center of commerce, with banks, shops, and businesses lining its streets. Today, it remains a vibrant meeting point, hosting celebrations such as São João and other major festivities. 

We’ll visit the iconic Clérigos Church and Tower, a masterpiece of Portuguese Baroque architecture and one of Porto’s most emblematic landmarks.

At Cordoaria Garden, you will have the opportunity to see the Courthouse (Palácio da Justiça) and the historic former prison, now the Centro Português de Fotografia.

To conclude the tour, we will stop at the Virtudes viewpoint, an ideal spot for capturing stunning photos and enjoying a beautiful sunset.
